Act to reduce the consumption of electricity:

Replace all the old light bulbs, spots and neon lights

Buy energy saving light bulbs

Replace all the light switches in the 16 chalets : in 2009 all the chalets were equipped with energy saving light bulbs

Make sure that all the fridges, freezers, washing machines are Type A and keep the label to prove it

Make our clients aware of the importance of avoiding wastage in their accomodation, install an automatic light switch which only works at night
Install equipment that uses only renewable energy:

Solar powered posts to illuminate the campsite roads at night

Solar panels for hot water in the toilet block
Put up instructions:

For flushing the toilet sensibly
-
Reasonable use of heating and air-conditioning

Use of washing machines and tumble dryer on an economic setting
Put up a chart showing statistics for energy consumption on a monthly basis.
